Returns & Refund Policy

Ataria Collection wants you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as bedding or used textiles may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order purchases are final. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the stated production and shipping timeframes.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at atariacollection@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
